People use natural ice in many ways in many things. For example, uses of ice comprise of its use in cold drinks, ice cream, ice water, or any other beverages. For example, the calorie values would not change for drinks on the addition of ice.

However, ice cream uses cream apart from milk. So, 100 grams of cream consists of 190 calories, which are lower than ice cream. Thus, the nutritional value of anything would increase after including ice in it.

Thus, ice has different types of nutritional values based on its use. However, the merits and demerits of ice are also unclear. Moreover, only an increase or decrease in the consumption of ice would not help a person to lose weight. The essential part of losing weight or maintaining body nutrition also depends on healthy food. So, no matter what branded quality of natural ice a person uses. They need to combine it with some natural nutritional food also.
